Kamen Rider

This is a drawing of the anime character Kamen Rider. Something I like to do is consistently have my artwork informed by cool influences, such as manga. It's staggering for me to think that Kamen Rider was originally created in 1973. I enjoyed making this illustration because it gave me the opportunity to study the subtle cross hatching techniques deployed in manga comics. I'd like to thank @ed_piskor and @cartoonist.kayfabe for alerting me to the 50th anniversary edition of the Kamen Rider graphic novel. #kamenrider #kamenriderzio #kamenriderbuild #kamenriderdecade #kamenriderzeroone #kamenrider50th #kamenrider50 #kamen #anime #manga #animeart #animeedits #anime #animecomic #animecomics #animation #animations #mangaart #mangá #mangadrawing #mangadrawings #mangadrawingstyle #mangaartist #mangastyle #mangastyleart #mangacomics #mangacomicsmarket #marvel #marvelcomic #comic #comics
