Green Butterfly

Here is a work in progress of the 4th butterfly digital illustration I'm creating for @draw_for_change This shows the foundational stage in creating one of these illustrations, so I thought you might be interested in seeing the process I use. Up to this point I've been focusing on getting the structural drawing done and the main colours for the piece down. This is my favourite colour combination which I've used thus far on a butterfly illustration, with the browns and pastel greens.
