Archangel VS. Apocalypse

The Archangel VS. Apocalypse variant comicbook cover is now complete. It was a joy drawing these characters and I'm really glad I returned to the illustration to finish it. I created this illustration using a fineliner, and a selection of marker pens, including Promarkers and Graph'it markers. Working on the Spawn variant covers recently has inspired me to design more comicbook covers. I'd say the main influence on this comicbook cover are the X-Factor comics from the 1980s, which featured the Archangel and Apocalypse saga.
