The Worms of Arrakis

Here is a WIP mixed media illustration of a Worm of Arrakis, inspired by the 1984 Dune movie. On Monday I'll be sending out a Dune themed art delivery to the United States, and I'm looking forward to finding out which state it will be travelling to. Hopefully it's Alaska or Kansas, because I haven't sent art to those states yet.

I'm aware of how expensive shipping to the United States of America is from the United Kingdom, which is why I like to throw in additional artwork with an art delivery, to show my appreciation, and to say thanks. This is a customised envelope I'll be adding to the art delivery, and I'll be posting more about how the art progresses in the near future.

I find that when I draw a Worm of Arrakis, the result ends up abstract, and I enjoy blending realism and abstraction in my artwork.
