Ray Harryhausen

The giant two headed roc bird from the Ray Harryhausen film The 7th Voyage of Sinbad 1958. A real old gem of a Harryhausen film. This artwork was created using acrylic paint, and I enjoy working in this medium. This painting is from a sketchbook of mine. Today I have been working on a more involved drawing using a fine liner, and I think it could take days to complete. There are four figures in the drawing. However, I wanted to make a post today of my artwork so I went with this painting.
