Underworld

For the Salem's Lot project I worked on recently, I researched a variety of vampire movies, to study atmospheric settings in film. I documented my research through keeping a sketchbook of drawings and paintings. One of the vampire movies I referenced was Underworld, which was made in 2003. This is a drawing of the character Selene at the opening of the film. For a while now I've had the idea to use my sketchbook in this vertical format, and I was glad I had the chance to try out this composition for the movie scene.
