Alien 3

As my week draws to a close, I'm happy to be able to send this art delivery to Scotland. It's definitely my favourite aspect of the week to be able to post artwork to people. This is a scene from the movie Alien 3, and although the monster isn't featured, I think this scene is one of the most foreboding in the movie. It's a shot full of anticipation and wonder. In my view, Alien 3 is the best movie in the series for many reasons, one being because the alien crossed with a dog is the most formidable. The creature seems absolutely unstoppable, and when Charles S. Dutton gives his speech and has a go, even he can't win. I also think the evil of the corporation is fully realised in this movie, and it's interesting to see the humans come to the realisation that the corporation doesn't care about them. Crew expendable. Despite the demise of Dutton, he still manages to maintain his dynamism and charisma throughout. Alien 3 is 1992 finest.
