London Film and Comic Con

Today I was in London with a friend from work and the destination was the London Film and Comic Con. This was the first large scale comic con I have been to and I genuinely had an awesome time. The event was held at the London Olympia and the Victorian exhibition venue is too cool. Inside the building the roof looks like Paddington Train Station. I'm glad I managed to see some of my heroes such as Dee Wallace from The Howling, Zach from Gremlins, Doc from Back to the Future, and the main man himself, Freddy Krueger, 1, 2 he's coming for you. The cosplayers today were excellent, especially the Star Wars characters. My award for best costume goes to Stay Puft. My favourite exhibition was the Scalextric. In the future, I hope to get a booth at this comic con, and perhaps do some comic cons in the USA too. Today I also managed to eat at Taco Bell for the first time, and to visit the house near Earl's Court featured in the film American Werewolf in London.
