Doctor Westlake

After over 8 years, I've decided to update my profile picture on Instagram.

As an Artist, I go by the name Doctor Westlake, who is a superhero in the 1990 film 'Darkman', also known as Peyton Westlake.

This WIP illustration is after panel art in the 'Darkman' Marvel Comics, and the first issue was released on the 7th August, 1990.

I've kept the linework simple at this stage, so I can easily block in the colour using Promarkers. I find that marker pens make the linework bleed, so I'm adding the colour before I apply the inking over the top. I may use a quill to ink as well to achieve some cool quality linework, but not sure yet.
