Alien 3

An ink painting of the scene in the film Alien 3 when the dog is barking. Created using Neocolor pastels, Daler Rowney FW ink, Dr. Ph. Martin's ink, with the inks applied through brushes. The Dr. Ph. Martin's inks are wildly good quality for subtlety of colour tones. Alien 3 is in my view the best Alien film. I plan to make a series of illustrations of the opening scenes of Alien 3 because of how graphic and ambient the start of the film is.
