Ink

The drawing is now done, and the inevitable time has arrived to use the ink and toothbrush on the Bossk artwork to add a type of airbrush effect, adding further tone and texture. I'm lining the walls with bubble wrap and newspaper because this could get messy. I've decided not to rush it, preferring to leave the layers enough time to dry, so this will most likely be my post this evening. I'll probably get another hours work done this evening. Needless to say I'm totally hyped to almost have the first Star Wars artwork completed. I'm really trying to savour the artistic journey because it's a lot of fun creating these pieces. This piece has taken about two weeks to make. I'm hoping the next two pieces won't take as long due to a more refined process.
