Battle Beasts

The Battle Beasts customised envelope is now complete, which features the character Killer Carp from the 1986 toyline.

The characters each had a heat sensitive rub sign on their chests which displayed a symbol. Each character was associated with a particular sign, including fire, water, or wood. Certain signs had an advantage over another sign, whereas certain signs were disadvantaged against another sign.

Whilst researching the Battle Beasts toyline recently, I realised that Takara made the action figures for Japan, and Battle Beasts was originally a spin-off from Transformers, with it being called BeastFormers.
