A priority for me as a Game Artist is to develop my skills and knowledge of using Unreal Engine and I absolutely love using the game engine.
This video shows a water test I've made as part of my entry to the @therookiesco Monthly Art Challenge: For The Explorer. The project is based on the fiction of Writer H. P. Lovecraft the the environment I'm creating is set in Antarctica.
I'm hyped to have applied my first water effect in Unreal Engine and it's great to able to add video footage to my project. I have also used this short video as a test to see how a black and white aesthetic and typography are working, in preparation for the final video version.
