Acrylic Painting

As more people across the world discover my artwork, something cool is happening. People are not only seeking out my new artwork, which is great, but there is an interest developing in art I've created in the past.

This is an acrylic painting I've made on premium quality, heavy weight paper, and it's part of an art series I designed with the title of Gothic Nightmares. The idea of the Gothic Nightmares project is to explore concepts such as liminal spaces, neglected urban landscapes, and dreamscapes. For years this acrylic painting has sat in an art folder, until recently. The painting shows a scene close to Streatham in South London, and I saw the urban landscape whilst on a train, travelling from Waterloo to Tooting.

Today I sent this acrylic painting out to the West Midlands in the UK, along with another painting from the Gothic Nightmares art series. I'll be posting the other acrylic painting next week.
